Registration of participants 

Participation at the Annual Meeting is by invitation only. Businesses wishing to be invited to the Annual Meeting must request an invitation from the Secretary of the IDB by sending an email to AnnualMeeting@iadb.org that includes a brief description of the organization, the webpage and/or a copy of its financial statements or bylaws.

Annual Meeting guests are required to fill out the registration form, via the link that will arrive with the invitation, by 1 April 2016 at the latest.

Participants are asked to pick up their identification badges upon arrival at the registration area, according to the following schedule:

Thursday, 7 April
Friday, 8 April
Saturday, 9 April
Sunday, 10 April
9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Participants will be asked to present their passport to receive their identification badge.  Bahamian citizens are required to present their identity card.

As is normal at international meetings of this kind, the identity badge will bear the participant’s photograph and must be visible at all times to enter the meeting rooms and other working areas and to attend social events.
