General Information

Place and date of the meeting: The Fifty-second Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors of the Inter-American Development Bank and the Twenty-sixth Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors of the Inter-American Investment Corporation will be held in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, from 25 to 28 March 2011. The Inaugural Session as well as the seminars, sessions, and meetings will be held at the Calgary TELUS Convention Center.

Accommodation: The Organizing Committee will be responsible for all matters related to accommodation for participants.

Weather: In March, the temperature in Calgary ranges between 18°F/-7.8°C and 39.2°F/4°C. Weather forecasts can be found at www.weather.com. 

Electricity: The electric current operates on 110 volts AC, 60 Hz. Plugs with two flat pins are used.

Time zone: During the Annual Meeting, Calgary will be six hours behind Greenwich Mean Time.
