Registration of participants 

Participation at the Annual Meeting is by invitation. Business interested in being invited to the Annual Meeting should request an invitation from the Secretary of the Bank by sending an email to including a brief description of the organization and a copy of its financial statements or charter. 

Annual Meeting guests are required to fill out the registration form, via the link that will arrive with the invitation, by 2 March 2012 at the latest.

Participants are asked to pick up their identification badges upon arrival in Montevideo, at the registration area located in the SODRE Entrance Hall on the following schedule:

Wednesday, 14 March
Thursday, 15 March
Friday, 16 March
Saturday, 17 March
Sunday, 18 March
Monday, 19 March
9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Participants will be asked to present their passport to receive their identification badge. Uruguayan citizens are required to present their identity card.

As is normal at international meetings of this kind, the identity badge will bear the participant’s photograph and must be visible at all times to enter the meeting rooms and other working areas and to attend social events.
