Who are the victims of corruption? How do we measure the incidence of corruption in the public sector? What mechanisms are countries implementing to reduce corruption? By combining presentations from experts in victimization and measurement with those of policymakers who are making advances in the fight against corruption, this seminar will answer these questions (and hopefully, many others).
